    Disappointed that customer service is so awful nowadays, I've been going to this brow bar for more than a couple of years after a few months break went on a Wednesday at 5:50pm and the lady didn't attend me because they close at 6:00pm and fair enough I thought is a bit too close to their closing time. However I went back today (Friday) at 5:35pm and she said I had to tidy up and clean this time, even though she had a customer sat being served and nobody waiting. To be honest I don't think that's good customer service, 25 mins to close seems exaggerated, I have been in there in the past and been served later than 5:35pm. I may be wrong and they are trained now to not receive customer past 5:30pm but it will help if besides close time at 6:00pm there's an advisory note of last customer 5:30pm - I went to another brow bar nearby closing at 6:00pm and they were happy to serve me at 5:47pm so I'll keep coming back to that one instead.
