    Awful customer service and consistently rude. I am a customer trying to rent a property, a business opportunity for Liane Hanks, and was consistently met with rude and unhelpful responses. Not flexible around work schedules to arrange viewings for properties, insisting that if I take renting a property seriously, I should take time off work! Plus a ridiculous agency fee of £225 per person for renting a property. Students beware, much better, more flexible and helpful agencies in Bath to rent from!
